Location Research for our Narrative

As we had started the editing process for our performance aspect of the music video we felt it would be appropriate to start the narrative. We already had the idea that we wanted to take inspiration from The Smith's music video for their hit song Stop Me If You Think You've Heard About This One Before. With this in mind we had to think of a suitable and cheap(!) location that we could film that would look good and a bit abnormal for him to be riding this expensive old bike in.

From here we started to think of places that were near where we lived that we could film in and one of the first ideas we had was to do it on the school field. This would be the most cost effective for us as it meant we had no travel costs and didn't have to rent anywhere to film in. However on closer inspection we decided that our school field wouldn't look very professional and it was also hard for Harry to get to as it would have to be filmed in the middle of the day for our lighting to look good.

After this we knew that we wanted to film in some kind of green or park as we thought this would look really good and Georgia suggested that we look into filming in Windsor Great Park or the other park in Windsor called Alexandra Gardens. I decided to do some further research into both the parks and discovered that Alexandra Gardens is probably the easiest for us to get to, aswell as being less crowded in the week at about 2pm which was good as we wanted to be practically on our own in the clips we filmed. We went to the place before we filmed to check out the park and decided that actually we really liked it and was somewhere were we could imagine in our music video.
